GP Contracting is a family-owned and operated enterprise, headed by Ramadhani and Laura Greer.  Ramadhani holds a Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, a Residential Contractors license with a Residential Endorsement, and has extensive experience in home repair and remodeling. Laura Greer holds a Bachelor's degree in Science with additional coursework in accounting and business management. Together they have 32 years of experience in real estate investments and improvements.
 

We aim to identify distressed homeowners before foreclosure or forfeiture. By collaborating with investors, we can provide these homeowners with a more favorable alternative.
